The narrow cabins can feel suffocating, especially with disjointed layouts!!! The absence of proper blackout curtains is a glaring oversight in such a location!!! An upgrade in kitchen tools would significantly enhance guest experience, too!!!

Reine Rorbuer offers a stunning experience in the heart of Lofoten. The cabins are cozy with beautiful views of the harbor and peaks. I especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the lovely local food at the on-site restaurant, where we dined twice during our stay. Everything felt authentic and charming.

The historic fisherman's cottage was super charming and offered amazing views right over the water. The location was perfect for enjoying nearby hiking opportunities. However, accessing the upper bedrooms was a bit challenging due to small steps, which might be difficult for older guests. Overall, it was a great experience in a picturesque setting.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom setup could be better for families, ideally having more than one bathroom to share.

The Bunk Bed Room was decent. Bed was comfy enough, but the layout was a bit cramped. We had some nice natural light coming in which made it feel airy. The room was basic but well maintained, and I appreciated the access to a shared living area. That said, the absence of blinds made it hard to sleep with the midnight sun shining in. Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to light.
